Schalk Field is located in Litchfield’s downtown area at South Jackson and East Sargent Streets and was named after Ray Schalk, who played with the Chicago White Sox for 17 seasons. It also has two baseball / softball diamonds that are used extensively for little league. During baseball season, this park has a concession stand and a batting cage. This park is also the home of the community skate park that the public enjoys throughout the year.
